What will I receive?
Every box contains one top, one bottom and one pair of sunglasses. You choose one piece for your first box; our team selects the remaining two.
Do I receive the same selected item every season?
Your selection is for the first box only. Renewal boxes are selected by our team using your fit profile and the season at your delivery destination.
How do I manage my subscription?
Use the subscription management link in your confirmation email to review your schedule and manage or cancel future renewals before they are charged. Cancelling stops future renewals. Paid orders follow our published returns policy.
What if something does not fit?
Your fit profile helps us select your box, but it cannot guarantee a perfect fit. Exchanges, returns and refunds follow our published policy. Read the returns policy
